Please read these terms of use ("terms of use", & "agreement") carefully before using the Moodle workplace learning management system ("website", "service") operated by American Association for Community Psychiatry (“AACP”, "us”, “we", "our").
Note: for trainees accessing the website through their organization’s signed Training Services Agreement, Master Services Agreement or other Service Agreement with the AACP, the terms of these agreements supersede the terms of use described below.
Conditions of use
By using this website, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to comply with its terms. If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to leave the website accordingly. AACP only grants use and access of this website, its products, and its services to those who have accepted its terms.
Privacy policy
This website collects identifying information from registrants for the purpose of enrolling them into courses, tracking their course progress and performing training content improvements. This information will be collected during the course registration process. This content will be stored via Moodle workplace designated servers. Identifying information about course registrants will only be shared in instances where the registrant is receiving course content as part of an employee-sponsored training program. In these cases, AACP may share registrants’ identifying information and course progress information to the sponsoring employer upon request by the sponsoring employer. Identifying information will not be shared with any third party outside of these circumstances. Age restriction
You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age before you can use this website. By using this website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and you may legally adhere to this Agreement. AACP assumes no responsibility for liabilities related to age misrepresentation.
Intellectual property
You agree that all materials, products, and services provided on this website are the property of AACP, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors including all copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property. You also agree that you will not reproduce or redistribute the AACP's intellectual property in any way, including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations.
User accounts
As a user of this website, you will be asked to register with us and provide identifying information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and you are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information.
